Kids 12 & under: find a Golden Pumpkin in the Town of Charlotte Court House while trick or treating and win a prize!
Pumpkins will be hidden within the Courthouse Square and along the left side of LeGrande Avenue until the sidewalk ends, in the direction of Drakes Branch.

The Town of Charlotte Court House is trying something different. When their longtime clerk decided to retire after more than 20 years, the council didn’t fill the position. They changed it instead, creating an opening for a town manager.
In June 2022, Town Council adopted a new zoning ordinance and map which are available on this website under “Downloads” and then “Zoning > Zoning Ordinances” or in the Town Office. An important change is the Historic Overlay District requirements.
The Planning Commission's meetings are open to the public; anyone wishing to speak should contact the Town Office and request to be placed on the agenda during a public comment period. For further information, please contact the Town Office.
